I've got WoW
playing much better now! The crash every time I entered a building was the well-known "mini map bug" (the little local area map up in the corner has to change to the interior map when you enter the building, so if the map breaks, the whole client can break) and the
solution in Cedega is to enable OpenGL rendering. Not only can I now enter buildings (which is helpful) but I also get textures and can actually see things in the distance. Before everything was just white off in the distance.
Rob's still having troubles. He's running Fedora Core 2 and has a newer ATI card, and I'm running FC 3 with a much older ATI card.
Next stop for me, the wonderful world of Teamspeak. Rob's thinking of upgrading to FC3.
